Role Description:
As a Heart-of-House Team Member, you will be expected to excel as a Culinary Professional. You will utilize the systems and procedures set forth by Chick-fil-A to ensure each product served meets quality and food safety standards for all who come to Chick-fil-A North Carefree. Collaborating with fellow Team Members, Leadership, and our Local Owner/Operator is essential to success. You will be expected to strive for personal excellence, display professionalism, and display good stewardship of the business. Positions to be learned and mastered include but are not limited to, breading/fileting chicken, prep, utilizing fryers and grills, preparing sandwiches, and other food items. Other functions include cleaning, stocking, and organizing as the business needs.

Pay is based on full-time or part-time status, experience, and availability.
Requirements for Full-Time Consideration:
- Available to open or close 5 days a week.
- Available during peak lunch or dinner time.
- Have 40 or more hours of total availability.
- Must be 18 years old or out of high school.
- Will be scheduled 5–6 days a week for 32–40 hours.
- Understand the expectations of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
