Opportunity
We are looking for a Manager with HR experience to join our team at Chick-fil-A. Having a friendly and assertive professional is an integral part to our success. Your “hands on” management with restaurant operations, as well as efforts in HR-related activities, such as recruiting, employee compliance & on-boarding new team members, will be essential to having a successful restaurant operation and maintaining a positive work culture.
This job is 50% Restaurant Operations and 50% Human Resources.
Your Impact
- Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of FOH to ensure a remarkable guest experience at every contact point
- Maintaining HR compliance for 60 employees
- Ensuring a well-staffed restaurant, promoting and recruiting for job openings as they arise
- Overseeing onboarding & new-hire processes
- Assisting in various administrative duties which may entail payroll, accountability reports, maintaining the restaurant email, etc.
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
- Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
Background Profile
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Experience in conducting interviews
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values
- Detailed, organized and process oriented
- Assertive and Friendly personality
