Cleaning & Maintenance Technician Assistant Responsibilities:
General building maintenance.
Window washing & limited power washing
Limited landscape and sprinkler maintenance
Assisting with moving & repairing building equipment
Limited cleaning of the building and facilities.
Insures that workstations are clean at all times.
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect.
Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
