Responsibilities Include:
• Exhibiting servant leadership qualities in the restaurant and local community
• Coaching and motivating others to perform at their best
• Maintaining excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
• Unifying entire team together and building positive, encouraging working relationships
• Becoming an expert in all relevant positions and complete Chick-fil-A online training
• Showing up on time, maintaining an excellent attitude and motivating team to do the same
• Displaying good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the restaurant
