Manager

At Chick-fil-A, the manager role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity.  Working directly with an independent Owner/Operator, managers gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment.   Significant time is invested in restaurant leaders, teaching them important skills for the future.  Managers will be exposed to a broad range of operations and will gain an understanding of what it takes to run a business.  We measure success by the quality of our relationships with customers and co-workers. 

Responsibilities Include: 
•    Exhibiting servant leadership qualities in the restaurant and local community
•    Coaching and motivating others to perform at their best
•    Maintaining excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
•    Unifying entire team together and building positive, encouraging working relationships
•    Becoming an expert in all relevant positions and complete Chick-fil-A online training
•    Showing up on time, maintaining an excellent attitude and motivating team to do the same
•    Displaying good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the restaurant

•    You also must be efficient and detail oriented with a strong customer focus.

•    You must be available for various shifts based on restaurant needs
•    High School Diploma required, Degree preferred
•    Must be professional in appearance - groomed well and no visible tattoo or piercing
