As the Human Resources Director, your ultimate goal is to create a positive experience for all guests through finding top talent, coaching, and accountability of Team Members under your supervision.
Responsibilities Include:
- Organization, motivation, and implementation of a plan to meet staffing needs determined by the Owner/Operator
- Partner with the Leadership Team to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving customer experience goals
- Maintain positive working relationships with all Team Members
- Coach, motivate, and set/ reinforce expectations for Team Members
- Strictly adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Ensure Team Members are empowered to execute "Second Mile Service"
- Provide support within the restaurant to meet operational business needs
- Model servant leadership and cultivate the unique Chick-fil-A culture day in and day out.
