Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage shifts with over 30 team members, overseeing a total team of 100 .
- Ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards, and uphold Chick-fil-A’s brand and values.
- Settle end-of-day finances accurately and manage financial accountability.
- Oversee and manage inventory, ensuring stock levels meet business demands.
- De-escalate internal and external conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
- Design, implement, and manage training programs to drive continuous team development.
- Cultivate a culture of hospitality and create meaningful connections with team members and guests.
- Manage maintenance calendars and perform light repair/maintenance work as needed.
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities, demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
- Assist in training new hires, set the tone for shifts, and act as a role model.
- Ensure food safety and quality through daily inspections.
- Monitor and manage labor and food costs in real time.
- Open/close the restaurant, lead shifts, and manage operational needs as a key holder.
- Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
- Encourage, support, and inspire team members to excel.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead shifts of 30 team members and manage teams of 100 .
- Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service and managing team behaviors to support this goal.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in conflict resolution, both internally within the team and externally with guests.
- Technical Skills: Ability to manage training programs, end-of-day financials, inventory, and maintenance needs.
- Hospitality and Communication: Smile, maintain eye contact, and speak enthusiastically while building emotional connections with guests and team members.
- Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (required)
- Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED. Reliable transportation and work authorization (required).
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to excellence.
