Position Overview
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee daily operations, team development, and operational excellence while upholding Chick-fil-A’s high standards for service and hospitality. This role is part of a management team that reports to the Director Team to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example – Model servant leadership, embodying Chick-fil-A’s core values in daily actions.
- Inspire & Develop Others – Engage, coach, and create opportunities for team members to grow.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Look for ways to enhance team performance and operational processes.
- Balance Results & Relationships – Ensure strong business outcomes while maintaining a supportive team culture.
- Lead Pre-Shift Huddles & Cast Vision – Keep the team aligned, motivated, and focused on shared goals.
- Guest Experience – Ensure top-tier service, resolve concerns, and make on-the-spot adjustments.
- Safety & Compliance – Maintain food safety, workplace safety, and regulatory standards.
- Financial Management– Oversee cash handling, sales reporting, and cost controls.
- Labor Management– Monitor and adjust staffing in real time to balance productivity and profitability.
- Inventory Management– Manage stock levels and minimize waste.
- Facilities & Equipment – Manage routine maintenance and equipment upkeep.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Leadership experience managing 30 team members and overseeing teams of 100
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making skills
- Experience in financial management, inventory, and labor efficiency
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
