As a Leader, you will be directly accountable to the Owner Operator and Director of Operations, ensuring alignment with Chick-fil-A's mission, values, and operational goals.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a people-focused leader who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences and solving challenges.

• Proven leadership skills with 2 years (1 for Team Leaders) of management experience in food service (or other services industry leading people).
• Incredible team building and management skills and capabilities
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability with new technologies and processes.
• Ability to remain calm and resourceful in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to care for guests and team members.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

As a Leader, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, inspire, and create memorable moments for our guests and team members. Depending on level of seniority, these responsibilities will vary.

• Interview and onboard candidates to build a high-performing team.
• Lead either Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH) operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, food safety, and operational excellence.
• Motivate and influence staff by leveraging their individual strengths and cultivating skills and capabilities.
• Maintain a highly visible presence in the restaurant, directly impacting the guest experience.
• Take ownership of creating a welcoming and memorable environment for guests.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Pay: Starting from $15/hour and up depending on leadership level and years of experience
