As an Off-Site Chick-fil-A Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to represent Chick-fil-A in the community while gaining hands-on experience. Your role will focus on bringing the Chick-fil-A customer experience into spaces outside of the restaurant—whether through community outreach, partnerships, or local events. Emphasis will be placed on demonstrating the CORE 4 values and delivering Genuine Hospitality wherever you go, creating lasting connections that reflect the Chick-fil-A brand. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Extend Chick-fil-A's Experience Beyond the Restaurant: Engage with local communities and businesses to bring the Chick-fil-A customer service experience to new audiences. This may include attending or organizing local events, community service projects, or promotions that reflect the Chick-fil-A brand.
• Support the CORE 4 Values: Ensure that all interactions, whether with customers or partners, uphold our core values—Smile, Make Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly tone & most importantly end each conversation with “My Pleasure.”
• Enhance Genuine Hospitality: Represent Chick-fil-A by providing exceptional customer service experiences in non-traditional settings, ensuring that hospitality standards are met in the broader community.
• Collaborate with Local Teams: Work with local business and community leaders to help foster relationships and extend the Chick-fil-A experience beyond the restaurant environment.
• Engage in Community Outreach: Assist in planning and executing local events and initiatives that strengthen Chick-fil-A’s presence and community involvement.
• Measure Community Impact: Track and assess the impact of your outreach efforts, ensuring Chick-fil-A’s Genuine Hospitality and service standards are maintained while building positive relationships.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (preferably in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field).
• A passion for customer service and the desire to bring the Chick-fil-A experience into the community.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and interact with community members in person.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable attitude with a focus on building relationships.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or community engagement is a plus. But not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of Chick-fil-A’s CORE 4 Values and a commitment to delivering Genuine Hospitality.
• Community outreach experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate when extending Chick-fil-A’s customer service experience in the community.
