Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Chick-fil-A
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to create engaging campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitors.
- Budget management
- Community outreach and engagement
- Operational in restaurant management 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, digital marketing, advertising, sales, and Marketing promotions
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics.
- Co-creates with Support Services Director for the long-term vision for sales growth and emotional connections marketing in the restaurant.
- Leading and overseeing the coordination of all aspects of sales and branding operations.
- Creating and oversight of restaurant upselling calendar and strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Not required for role)
- Proven experience in marketing roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
