Morning Front of House Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

• Full-time (30 hours per week)
• Available schedules: 5 AM - 4 PM
• Must have afternoon availability until 4 PM
• WE ARE NOT HIRING FOR SUMMER-ONLY POSITIONS AT THIS TIME.

Pay:

• Full time pay can range from $11-$16 per hour (depending on your availability)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
