We are looking for a full time, Back of House Team Member with morning availability! Availability 7am or earlier preferred; availability until 4pm preferred. Physical ability to repeatedly lift 15-20lbs is a requirement for some positions within the kitchen.
As a Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A of Anderson, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring order accuracy. Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation:
- Follow Chick-fil-A's guidelines to prepare and cook menu items
- Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and meet Chick-fil-A's quality standards
- Maintain inventory of food products and communicate with team members to restock as needed
Order Accuracy:
- Accurately assemble food items based on customer requests
- Collaborate with the Front of House team to address any order discrepancies or customer concerns
Kitchen Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and report any equipment maintenance needs
Efficiency and Speed:
- Work efficiently to meet Chick-fil-A's commitment to fast service without compromising on order accuracy
- Contribute to reducing wait times and ensuring timely order delivery
Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals
- Support fellow team members in their roles to maintain a high level of efficiency and service excellence
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
