As the morning Kitchen Prep Team Member, you will be responsible for creating fresh salads, wraps, and other cold food items while ensuring top-notch food safety practices. This position requires 6:00am-2:00pm or 7:00am-3:00pm availability.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members
Responsibilities:
- Ensure food safety standards are followed and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Efficiently prepare cold menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training
- Wash kitchen dishes and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Contribute in team meetings and follow instructions from the leadership team
