At Chick-fil-A Conyers & Chick-fil-A Salem Bridge, the Dining Room Host/Hostess role is more than just a job; it's an experience for the guest. This role is made for people who love to work quick on their feet and connect with people, personally and professionally.
Position Type (Full or Part-time):
- Full-time: 30 hours per week
- Part-time: 15-29 hours per week
- Hours: 2 PM - 10 PM
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Dining Room Host/Hostess Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Focus on cleaning tables, sweeping, wiping windows and doors, changing trash
- Connecting with guests as they dine by conversation and meeting their needs
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
