What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT/FT Evening Shift Team Member position at Chick-fil-A?
We're looking for our next great Team Member for Evening shift! Candidate will need to have availability between the hours of 2PM and 1130PM. Part time candidates who can come in by 5PM will also be strongly considered. This is an excellent opportunity for a high school student or college student. This is also a great fit for someone looking for full time work for 2nd shift.
As an evening shift team member, you will either work in the front of house providing exceptional service to our guests or in the back of house providing great tasting, high quality food to our guests. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a source of reliable transportation
Ability to navigate shelving both high and low
Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
Mobility required during shifts
Must work well under pressure
Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
Must be teachable-willingness to follow, change, grow and learn
Must be team oriented-desire to be part of a team, something greater than oneself and work with others to accomplish mission
