Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®.

We're seeking a Shift Lead / Manager that excels in multi-tasking and providing a great guest experience! You'll be responsible for ensuring that our front of house operations run smoothly during your shifts.
Must be a hospitality professional ensuring guest receive warm welcome and excellent service. Prepare shift plans, supervise Team Members, and work well with a team of leaders executing operational plans.
Shift Lead / Manager Responsibilities :
- Ensuring that guest have a great experience
- Respond effectively and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints
- Time management ensuing key responsibilities are performed during shift
- Effective decision-making and problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Assign tasks, monitoring work activities and employee performance
- Ensuring that required tasks are completed and sales goals are achieved
- Cash handling responsibilities including finalizing shift sales
- Encourage professional conduct, safe work practices, and positive relationships with employees
- Train new employees on work tasks, and working safely
- Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Handling emergencies, and mediating when needed
- Additional duties as assigned
- Work well in a fast-paced environment and with a team
