This location does require you to have at minimum 1 years of experience at a Chick-fil-A franchise.We are looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill our Talent Acquisition and Training Director role at Chick-fil-A Village Commons. We are seeking individuals with integrity, a servant's heart, a dedication to excellence, a growth mindset, professionalism, and flexibility. This individual will not only serve as the subject matter expert for all areas of the restaurant, but also act as a role model and leader for the team.
The Training Director will need to know and understand all aspects of the restaurant; is responsible to train all newly hired team members; maintain the continued training of all current team members; oversee a group of Trainers; complete all required administrative paperwork; and recruit, interview and hire new team members.
The Talent Acquisition and Training Director will organize, and many times conduct, new team member orientations and hospitality training for new team members, create training plans for in restaurant training, ensure all new uniforms have been ordered, track each team member’s training, check in with training team and leaders about training progress, and evaluate team members performance of positions. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of morning, mid-shift, and evening shifts. Please only apply if you are available to work these hours.

Responsibilities:
- Hiring - Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members and leaders to fulfill various roles in our store's operations
- Training - Overseeing store training with a team of trainers. Coaching, teaching, and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone.
- Operation - Assisting in-store operations when needed. Effectively managing and leading a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.
Requirements:
We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:
- Hard-working, team-oriented, outgoing, friendly, and honest.
- Has great customer service skills.
- 2 years of experience in training and developing a team (restaurant setting preferred).
- Having at least 1 years of experience in Front of House operations at a Chick-fil-A is necessary.
- Must be able to handle fast-paced environments and have a high-stress tolerance.
- Detailed-oriented/organized with strong time-management skills
- Strong Verbal/Written Communication.
- Passion for developing people, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to take ownership of assignments, and to create plans and goals and then to execute those plans to reach set goals.
- Professional in appearance and action.
- Technologically literate (There are many programs, software, and tools you will be required to utilize)
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Be available to work any time including Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests.
Additional Information:
Average of 40 hours a week. One day off during the week and Sunday as well.
