What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Coordinator position at Chick-fil-A?
The Talent Coordinator will support the leadership team by demonstrating ownership for creating, managing and executing the talent at Chick-fil-A, 48th & O St. The Talent Coordinator will display passion for the business while attracting qualified team members and providing a fun and positive onboarding experience. They will provide team members with the skills necessary to be successful in this high energy, fast paced, customer driven industry. The Talent Coordinator must have a fun and motivating growth mindset.
- This position will require operational hours in the business during peak hours. Admin hours will be designated based off business needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and conduct interviews along with applicant screenings
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires
- Maintain up to date knowledge of policies and procedures
- Maintain and follow up with all documentation forms
- Effectively communicate with the entire Leadership team
- Lead and sustain 48th & O’s Vision Statement
- Assist in maintaining and ordering of HR Inventory. (Uniforms & Swag)
- Facilitation of orientations and the set up
