What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member (FOH) position at Chick-fil-A?
Purpose:
Team members are the M.V.Ps of daily operations! From the back of house to the front of house, they serve guests by first preparing safe, delicious food and then delivering it with fast, friendly, genuine hospitality.
Requirements:
- 16
- Ability to work at least 20 hrs/wk

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute operational excellence
- Develop trust with guests through meeting the quality requirements all day
- Proficient in executing operational tasks based on assignment (FOH)
- Responsible for creating Raving Fans
- Deliver 2nd Mile Service
- Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations
- Activate emotional connections
- Strengthen relationships with guests and the community
- Meet basic onboarding requirements
- Must obtain Food Handlers certificate within the first 7 days of employment
- Access and utilize Hot Schedule for clear communication of availability
- Complete required New Hire Pathway training within the first 14 days of employment
- Access and utilize Pathway for continued growth and development
