Overview
We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, energentic, and detail-oriented Route Driver to join our rapidly growing vending company. In this role, you will be responsible for stocking and servicing vending machines along an established route, ensuring they are always full, clean, clear of outdated product, customized to the companies needs, and in working order. Duties include loading products onto the truck, delivering them to planned route locations, maintaining accurate inventory records, collecting payments, and providing exceptional customer service. Shift can start as early as 6:30 am depending the daily route locations providing a flexible schedule. We service Green Bay/Fox Cities and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load truck with product, equipment, and supplies for the day’s route.
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Restock, clean, and perform minor repairs on vending machines.
- Collect payments and log inventory and delivery data accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers and report any issues or requests.
- Drive safely, adhering to all traffic and company policies.
- Assist in warehouse operations when needed, including moving products and organizing inventory.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a CLEAN driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes ( 50 lbs ).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Positive attitude with ability to problem solve and be a team player.
- Provide excellent customer service addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
- Previous experience as a route driver or in vending services is a plus.
