Operations Manger Chicken and Whaaat?!

As a part of the Duluth Grill Family of restaurants we're expanding our newest venture; Chicken and Whaaat?! It's a fast food restaurant focused on craft fried chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, beef fat fries and house made sauces. This is a concept we're hoping to continue to expand and grow and are looking for leaders and managers that want to get in on the ground floor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management, supervising staff, and maintaining food safety protocols. This role is crucial for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations of the establishment, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
- Supervise and train staff, including supervisors and kitchen personnel, to maintain high performance.
- Oversee food production and service, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
- Implement and enforce food safety regulations to guarantee compliance with health standards.
- Manage budgeting processes, including cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Handle cash management tasks, ensuring accurate reporting and accountability.
- Coordinate catering services as needed, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to specifications.
- Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer experiences.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food management practices and food safety regulations.
- Experience in budgeting, cash handling, and financial oversight.
- Ability to supervise a diverse team effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with catering operations is a plus.
- A background in cooking or culinary arts is advantageous but not mandatory.
