- Develop strategies to boost sales and control costs, creating Fun & Flavorful Experiences for every guest.
- Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 employees, including 3-4 Assistant Managers, fostering a culture of Southern Hospitality.
- Ensure top-tier guest experiences with fast, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
- Recruit, train, and grow team members, helping them spread their wings within the company.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial goals while owning your store’s success.
- Lead by example through punctuality, professionalism, reliability, and accountability, ensuring the highest service standards.
- Create an atmosphere where a smile goes for miles, making work fun while ensuring excellence.
- Take full responsibility for operations, upholding Crispy Creativity in menu execution, guest experience, and team development.
