Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of employees to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals;
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, supplies, and labor costs;
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve store performance and increase profitability;
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and productivity;
- Assisting the Store Manager with opening and closing procedures, as well as special projects.
