Job Overview: As a key member of the Chicken Express Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and productive operation of the store while upholding the company's mission statement and core values. Your responsibilities will encompass various management tasks aimed at maintaining a high standard of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain an Efficient Crew:
 Build and maintain a team capable of effectively operating the store.
 Ensure labor percentage remains within an acceptable range based on daily sales.

2. Train and Motivate Employees:
 Train and motivate employees, instilling core company values.
 Contribute to the overall success and growth of the store by helping employees succeed in their roles.

3. Maintain Cleanliness:
 Ensure the store and property are kept clean and comply with local, city, and company policies.
 Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to create a hygienic and inviting environment.

4. Effective Communication:
 Promptly respond to store, fellow managers, and leaders through phone calls, text messages, and the Team Reach app.
 Facilitate efficient resolution of situations through effective communication.

5. Availability to Help:
 Be available to assist on non-scheduled days if additional crew members are needed.
 Demonstrate commitment to the smooth operation of the store.

6. Manager Dress Code:
 Adhere to the manager dress code daily to present a professional image as a representative of Chicken Express.

7. Obtain Food Manager's Card:

Pass and obtain a Food Manager's Card to demonstrate knowledge of state food and consumer health policies.

8. Pass Health Inspections:
 Understand and handle health inspections appropriately to maintain a safe and clean environment.
 Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

9. Professional Conduct:
 Uphold professional conduct both inside and outside of work to maintain the company's reputation.
 Any actions reflecting poorly on Chicken Express may be grounds for termination.

10. Uphold Company Policies:
 Understand and uphold all company policies, including Social Media Policy and Attendance Policy.
 Ensure consistency and adherence to organizational standards.

11. Customer Focus:
 Prioritize exceptional customer service to contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Availability:
 Must be available to close on nights and weekends as needed.
