Cashier and Customer Service Team Member

Chicken Express is seeking a dependable and reliable individual to join our team in Hillsboro, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cash registers, POS terminals, electronic scanners, and other related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service skills are displayed at all times to guarantee guest satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain the front of the house in a neat and orderly condition by restocking items as needed.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Greet customers upon entry and take orders using the POS terminal.
• Accurately process payments, balance cash registers, and maintain attention to detail throughout each shift.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners.
• Mathematical skills for making change and handling refunds.
• Familiarity with Chicken Express products, services, and customer-related policies is necessary.
