We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers. Requirements / Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
- Provide information on menu items and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Prepare and assemble food orders quickly and correctly.
- Ensure food items meet quality and safety standards before serving.
- Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the shift manager or store manager.
