Salary : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable : general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant management jobs at Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, In-N-Out Burger.

Requirements / Responsibilities

Your Impact :

Managing and Developing a team of 20

Collaborate with the Owner to create and implement new policies / procedures and systems

Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety

Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction

Reporting directly to the Owner to discuss the current / future state of the store

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for :

Opening or closing the store

Directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant

Ensuring that food safety and quality assurance standards are met

Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Can demonstrate humility, kindness and care for others

Passion for quick service restaurants

High level responsibilities running a high volume restaurant

Experience creating systems

Experience managing a P&L, food cost, inventory and labor

Is capable of holding others accountable

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure success. Prior experience as a rare very helpful to your success at this job.
