What are the responsibilities and job description for the Free Dealer School position at CHICKEN RANCH CASINO?
This course provides the required training and certifications for the Table Games Dealer role at Chicken Ranch Casino.
Table Games Dealer position is expected to be able to accurately and professionally deal the games offered at Chicken Ranch Casino.
Training start date will be communicated upon acceptance. Hours for training are Monday through Thursday starting at 10 A.M to 5 P.M. There will be break for lunch from 1P.M. to 2 P.M.
Tasks:
- Ensuring compliance with the National Indian Gaming Commission’s Minimum Control Standards (M.I.C.S.), Tribal/State Gaming Compacts and Tribal Ordinances.
- Safeguarding all assets while promoting player goodwill.
- Provide high level guest service while maintaining a positive attitude. Which includes helping assist the guests in learning our games according to our policies and procedures.
- Able to handle large amounts of currency and accurately exchange currency for gaming chips.
- Must be able to proficiently deal all applicable games by end of 90-day probation period.
- Be available for any trainings/meetings that may arise.
