Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their food orders.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining accuracy in basic math.
- Upsell products and services by demonstrating product features and benefits.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide informed recommendations.
- Stock shelves and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing..
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
