What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Chico Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa?
What You’ll Do:
Provide excellent guest service during the overnight hours
Balance and reconcile daily revenue reports
Prepare and organize materials for the morning shift
Maintain a calm and secure environment throughout the night
Occasionally assist with evening front desk duties, like check-ins and general guest service
What We’re Looking For:
Dependability and a self-starter mindset
Comfort working independently overnight
Basic math and computer skills
Great communication and attention to detail
Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!

Schedule:
2–3 overnight audit shifts per week (11 PM – 7 AM)
Optional 1–2 evening front desk shifts (typically 2 PM – 10 PM) for full-time status
