We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and skilled Septic System and City Sewer Connection Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining septic systems and city sewer connections. The ability to work independently, demonstrate excellent customer service, and operate heavy machinery such as tractors is essential. Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain septic systems in residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with all local codes and regulations.
Install city sewer connections on site plumbing and installing laterals. Also familiar with re-routing plumbing under homes
Perform excavation and digging tasks using heavy machinery such as tractors and backhoes.
Ensure the proper functioning of systems through thorough inspections and repairs when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating with clients regarding installation procedures, timelines, and maintenance needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with septic systems and sewer connections as needed.
Maintain accurate records of job progress, materials used, and services rendered. Adhere to safety standards and procedures during all stages of installation and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in septic system installation and city sewer connections. Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Experience with heavy machinery, including tractors, backhoes, and excavation equipment. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as required.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification or training in septic system installation or plumbing. Previous experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems. Knowledge of soil conditions, site preparation, and construction best practices. Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to li up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor as needed. Comfortable working in trenches or confined spaces as part of installation
