Position: Technical Support Analyst - As a member of our highly skilled Technical Support Team you will work directly with customers via telephone and web to help users resolve software issues. Regularly provide feedback on features and fixes to our Testing and Development teams. Participate in special projects as needed, such as attending industry tradeshows and creating training resources. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 6am - 5pm, this position will fill an 8 hour/day shift M-F. (This is not a call center position)
Requirements:
- A desire to investigate problems and find solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- General computer knowledge for Windows and Mac.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of CAD, home design, residential building, or interior design a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot software installation.
- Pick apart problems to find causes and solutions in customer files.
- Assist customers in finding help resources and answering how-to questions.
- Document each customer contact, problem and solution.
