Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems in various settings. This role requires a strong understanding of fire protection systems and the ability to work effectively in construction environments. The Fire Sprinkler Technician will ensure that all systems are compliant with safety regulations and operational standards.

Duties

• Install fire sprinkler systems according to blueprints and schematics.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on existing fire sprinkler systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with fire suppression equipment.
• Execute tube bending and fitting of pipes for effective system installation.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper integration of fire protection systems within building designs.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inspections performed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while working on construction sites.

Skills

• Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics related to fire sprinkler systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in fire sprinkler fitting techniques.
• Familiarity with tube bending processes and pipeline installation.
• Ability to perform welding and soldering tasks as needed for system assembly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and other trades on-site.

Pay: $25.75 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
