Responsible for protecting the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full
financial control and sustainable growth; overseeing the daily operations of the
Accounting Department; preparation of management reports; planning and
directing projects as requested. Provide vision for the long-term growth of the organization and the finance functions, with background in Board reporting, Financial modeling, and a commitment to building and leading a successful team.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive the company’s financial planning
- Ensure integrity of financial data
- Will be involved in the company's future direction, from formulating strategic plans to monitoring their implementation, and will eventually participate in board-level decision-making
- Perform risk management by analyzing the company’s liabilities and investments
- Control and evaluate the company’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for company’s operations
- Company liaison with all banking and investment institutions
- Responsible for managing and overseeing all financial aspects
- Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of accounting and other financial staff, recommending and implementing personnel actions, such as promotions and dismissals.
- Treasury management, budgeting, accounting, long-range forecasting, and risk management, as well as overseeing the preparation of audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory financial reporting
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
- Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
- Analyze company expenditures for cost savings company-wide
- Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Overall supervision of all internal external audits
- Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
- Proven track record in leading and executing successful healthcare business strategies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership, professionalism and organizational skills
- 5-10 Years of proven experience as either a CFO, financial officer or relevant role
- Business savvy leader adept at navigating changing priorities and regulations
- BA (Business, Finance or Accounting),
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
