As the Field Training Manager, you'll be the driving force behind their training initiatives in the field. You'll develop, deliver, and manage training programs that ensure their operators, supervisors, and field staff are well-prepared, confident, and committed to safety and service excellence. What Will You Do?
Develop Training Programs : Design, implement, and update training curriculums tailored to the needs of field staff, with a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Lead Training Sessions : Conduct hands-on, practical training in the field, ensuring that employees are equipped to handle real-world challenges with confidence and expertise.

Qualifications :
Training Expert : You have (3) years of experience in developing and delivering training programs, ideally in a transit or operations environment.
Hands-On Leader : You thrive in the field, working side-by-side with employees to ensure they receive the best training experience.
Engaging Communicator : You know how to make learning engaging, practical, and impactful, whether in the classroom or in the field.
