Job Summary
Chief of Staff KC is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller for a client of ours within the Prairie Village area.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Handle cash management tasks, ensuring proper cash handling and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to answer inquiries and problem-solve when needed
- Utilize financial software to manage account information and transaction records effectively
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies during all transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in software applications is required
- Experience with cash handling is essential
- Familiarity with debits, credits, and general accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to maintain professionalism within the workspace
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is an advantage but not required
