Client Service Associate

Chief of Staff KC is seeking a Client Service Associate to support Portfolio Managers and handle client operations for a client located in Johnson County, KS.

Responsibilities

• Utilize custodial, portfolio management, and customer relationship management software and platforms.
• Maintain various aspects of client accounts, including opening new accounts, processing documents, and filing paperwork.
• Greet clients professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle alerts and action items from broker/custodial platforms.
• Create and maintain documentation of all client activities.
• Schedule client meetings, manage calendars, and book conference rooms.
• Support managers by preparing correspondence, client proposals, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Assist with client presentations, including assembling and proofreading documents.
• Contribute to the formulation of policies and procedures related to account maintenance, client files, and operational functions.
• Assist with fee billing processes.
• Perform various clerical duties, such as copying, printing, and binding materials.
• Organize client files and handle confidential information securely.
• Maintain accurate records in the contact management system.

Professional Requirements

• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Possess strong computer skills, proficiency in Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Word (with emphasis on Excel).
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
