Chief of Staff KC is working with a local company to identify a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and hold accountable operations staff, including field and office teammates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by serving as a primary point of contact, addressing concerns, providing regular updates, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project/Inspection Coordination: Develop and maintain project and inspection schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of team, crews, materials, and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and maintain a culture of safety, ensuring all operations adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Vendor and Resource Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of the company’s fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring availability and reliability to support project needs.
- Estimation Oversight: Review and oversee the preparation of estimates for repairs and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of construction experience
- Experience managing construction field workers.
- Familiarity and ability to use computer/mobile based project reporting software (CRM, Salesforce).
- PREFERRED: Certifications such as OSHA 30, NRCA certifications, or PMP are a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
