Responsibilities
- Respond to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Outbound calling to follow up with clients on P.O.s, confirmations, and payments
- Maintain and update existing inventory reports and customer data
- Building and maintaining relationships and working closely and accurately within established guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and remain adaptable
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service related- work
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, be organized and maintain attention to details.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other related software.
- Manufacturing knowledge is a plus!
