Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels
- Engage in outbound calling to follow up with clients and ensure their needs are met
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Administrative / clerical duties
- Uphold company policies
- Analyze customer feedback and data to improve satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and streamline processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support or client services role is preferred
- Strong office skills, including proficiency in computer software and data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively meet deadlines and accomplish tasks
- Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions based on customer needs
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and utilize time management skills

- Diffuse situations when necessary
- Transportation and / or logistics knowledge is not required, but helpful
