Chief of Staff KC is working with a well-established environmental consulting firm is seeking a driven and independent engineer to join their team and play a key role in diverse, high-impact projects.
Job Details:
As a Water Resource Engineer, you will work on a variety of projects, including:
- Stream and creek restoration
- Pipeline water crossings and stabilization
- Hydrologic & hydraulic modeling and analysis
- General civil site design related to water resources
- Collaboration with scientists and engineers on multi-disciplinary projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in water resources, hydrology, or general civil engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and hydrology modeling software
- Strong ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- A passion for problem-solving and project execution
- PE license, or ability to obtain it
This is a full-time, office-based position with flexibility for the right candidate. While Kansas City-based candidates are preferred, exceptional candidates outside the region will also be considered.
