What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Handyman position at Chief Property Services?
We are seeking a four Maintenance/Handymen to perform maintenance related tasks such as: maintenance work, painting, drywall work, electrical troubleshooting, appliance repair, HVAC repairs, and assist in identity and correcting potential life safety issues.
We are looking to build a new turnover team. We handle everything from city violations to move in and move out turns.

Travel is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
