Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems and other security equipment.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies.
- Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict management skills.
- Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- A military background or relevant certifications can enhance candidacy.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
