What are the responsibilities and job description for the Time-Sensitive Rising Star Litigators Search Vault 10 position at Chief Talent Officer, LLC?
Our Vault 10 law firm's investigations and broader litigation practices are busier than ever, and CTO is urgently in need of talented rising star litigators, ideally based in New York or Washington, D.C., to broadly support the growth of our Litigation department and help us keep up with the demand we are experiencing. We’re seeking multiple high-caliber candidates who are :
- 10–15 years out of a top 10 law school, with Order of the Coif honors
- Experienced with federal clerkships (U.S. Court of Appeals preferred)
- Skilled at managing teams, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and navigating high-stakes litigation
- Impeccable in their writing and oral advocacy skills
- Driven, hardworking, collaborative, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding practice
Unlike most of our partner searches, these roles do not require portable business. Instead, we need candidates who are ready to dive in and help support and scale our litigation team to meet our growing client demand.
While we are looking for partners to broadly support the practice, one of these hires will work closely with their Global Co-Chair of Investigations and White Collar Defense. The leader's practice includes major civil litigation (commercial, securities, and governance) and high-profile government investigations (DOJ and SEC), many of which lead to contentious, nationally recognized trials.
