About the Role:
The Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Clubhouse to ensure the cleanliness of our spaces is in alignment with Chief’s standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Cleaning of the common areas of the clubhouse, re-stocking restrooms and storage areas with soap, napkins, tissues, toilet paper, and sanitary products.
- Keeps all Member areas neat, vacuumed, and dusted
- Keeps mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, and doors clean and mark-free.
- Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
- Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring.
- Wash and polish dirty glass and plate ware
- Performing interior window cleanings.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances.
- Cleans all restrooms
- Aligns furniture according to Clubhouse layout
- Empties trash and dirty linen from all floors
- Reporting of any defects in the clubhouse
- Understanding and knowledge of property amenities
- Assisting Members as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager
What You’ve Done and Enjoy Doing:
- Basic english verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
- Must be able to use a step ladder
- Passion for the company’s mission, positioning, and brand
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable startup mindset
- Needs to be based in New York
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights
