You’ll partner with Senior Management to ensure our customers and staff receive quality service and consultation to meet all their needs, whether that be retail-related questions, or administrative questions. You’ll work closely with the other office personnel to achieve the daily goals and standards that has made Chiefland Farm Supply an exemplary business in the community for 20 years.
Major Job Requirements:
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all human resource (HR) issues to include the in-processing of new employee’s paperwork and keeping all personnel files organized and confidential.
- The qualified candidate will be experienced in accounts receivable (AR), to include keeping the monthly bank records accurate to the business General Ledger (GL), being accountable for doing the daily “day-end” money management, and keeping accurate and organized weekly and monthly reports.
- Responsible for the weekly payroll to include accuracy of hours worked by all staff personnel and all facets of payroll to include tax deductions, insurance, and 401K contributions.
- The point-of-contact for any office administration-related questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in office administration a must.
- High School / GED required; some college education or degree, a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and computer skills; must be experienced with Microsoft Office tools and QuickBooks.
- Experience with retail sales, a plus, but not required.
- Possess high level of initiative, strong work ethic and organization skills, and good time-management skills. Also, a person of high integrity and trustworthiness.
- This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday)
