Due to continued expansion, CSG Law’s Immigration Practice Group is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2-5 years of experience handling matters related to business immigration. Our desired candidate possesses experience handling EB-1, PERM, H-1B, L-1, E-1 and E-2, O-1, and EB-5 matters.
Requirements:
The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $170,000 – $190,000.
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing employment-based immigration as a licensed attorney.
- Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and take initiative in case management.
- Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin a plus.
