Who we are looking for
Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing MBA candidate to join our dynamic team and improve customer engagement and conversion rates by refining touchpoint tactics. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical project, learn about the pharmaceutical industry, and work within an inclusive cross-functional team.
While working at Chiesi, the intern will be an integral part of the Marketing team and will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines, including positioning and messaging, campaign development, business analytics, market research, digital strategy design, and business performance management.
The Internship Program will last for 12 weeks with a start date of May 19th, completing on August 8th. During the program, Chiesi interns will be exposed to leadership and have the opportunity participate in learning and engagement activities spanning topics such as team dynamics and self-assessment, career development, business unit overviews, and charitable initiatives. The program will culminate in a formal final presentation to the department and relevant stakeholders.

Audit and Refinement of Customer Journey Touchpoint Tactics Based on Sales Team Feedback
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Team :
Gather feedback on current persona-specific field touchpoints, primarily rep-triggered emails (RTEs).
Examine customer data and CRM records to identify behavior patterns and preferences.
Develop and refine persona-specific field touchpoints, focusing on RTE creation and enhancement.
