Who we are looking for
Purpose
The Project Coordinator - Brand Execution will support the development, execution, and management of marketing strategies for the Cardiovascular and Neonatal product portfolio. This role bridges cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, clinical, regulatory, and medical, to ensure seamless implementation and execution. The coordinator of brand execution is a key contributor to driving brand execution through tactical implementation and execution excellence. The candidate should be committed to working our hybrid work model from the Cary, NC office.
Main Responsibilities
Campaign Development and Execution :
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to execute promotional campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, print, events).
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations to achieve brand objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
