Who we are looking for
Purpose
Chiesi USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Operations Analyst with a strong background in Data Governance and system administration to join our Business Excellence Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in implementing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks, managing data quality, to identify trends and inefficiencies, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to enable data-driven decision making.The position will work a hybrid model out of our Cary, NC office.
Main Responsibilities
- Data Governance :
Assist in the implementation of data governance frameworks, including metadata management, data lineage tracking, and data stewardship efforts.
Conduct data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues within operational systems, if possible, and / or to provide business rules for transformations
Extract and analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPI) for various systems benefiting our Data Governance efforts.
Document and monitor data pipelines to ensure SLAs are maintained
Manage data management systems and tools, including data quality monitoring platforms and data visualization software.
Work closely with IT, Business Excellence, and other internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and support data-driven decision-making
Responsible ad hoc analytic projects based on the requests from internal stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
