Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guests' needs in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain menu items to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and bartenders
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
